A. Ingredients:
  1. ½ fresh meats of chicken/ayam kampung cut it into 2 pieces
  2. ½ tablespoon of salt
  3. 2 liters of water
B. The seasoning of ground:
  1. 9 red onions peel it and finely chopped
  2. 5 cloves garlic, peel it and finely sliced
  3. ½ nutmeg
  4. ½ teaspoon pepper

  3. 3 cardamoms
D. The complement ingredients
  1. Ketupat
  2. 4 eggs, cut it into 2 or 4 pieces
  3. Rissoles of potatoes
  4. 75 grams of noodle .
  5. 1 onion leaves, cut it into small pieces
  6. 3 celery stalks, cut it into small pieces
  7. 3 tablespoons of fried red onions
  8. 2 limes, cut into 2 or 4 pieces

E. The steps to make Soto Banjar:

Poach chicken with salt and 2 liters of water until the meat of chicken is tender. Shredded it and set aside. Take the broth to make sauce for Soto.
